2. Data collected
We collect data voluntarily submitted through the quote form, such as name, email, WhatsApp number, requested service, message and uploaded files (STL, STEP, OBJ, images or similar files). We may also log technical security data, including IP address, date/time, browser, visited page and error logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer requests, prepare quotes, analyze uploaded files, take pre-contractual steps, provide support, prevent form abuse, maintain site security and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases may include contract performance or pre-contractual procedures, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent when applicable.
4. Cookies and measurement
We use necessary cookies for operation, security and preference storage. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and depend on the choice made in the banner. You can change your decision through the “Privacy” button shown on the site.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with providers required for hosting, database, email, analytics, security, support and delivery. These providers must process data under compatible instructions, security measures and purposes.

Leads and messages may be retained as needed for support, commercial history and legal obligations. Uploaded files are retained only while useful for quoting, production, support or legal defense, and may be deleted upon request when there is no legal obligation or legitimate need to retain them.

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, information about sharing, review of automated decisions when applicable and consent withdrawal by emailing contato@vtr3dprint.com.br.
9. Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect personal data, including access restrictions, upload validation, security logs and protected channels. No system is completely risk-free; in case of a relevant incident, we will take appropriate measures under the LGPD.
